Kuopio, Finland

Kuopio is where I grew up. Our family moved there when I was 4 years old and lived there until I was 19. It’s a city surrounded by water, islands and hills. During the summers of ‘23 and ‘24 I was there photographing on a hill in Neulamäki, these photos were shot then. This is an ongoing project and I hope to spend some more time there in 2025 to photograph more of the amazing nature there.
